Since the year 2000 I have advised, trained and accompanied people and organisations whose goal was to improve teamwork and communications in the workplace.   I carry out most projects jointly with Manfred Bühler.

Our particular strength lies in bringing gridlocked situations back into motion.  Accordingly we are frequently telephoned when all else seems to have failed.

The basis for this lies in our ability to build relationships, to improve process competence and to utilize an all-encompassing method spectrum.  Alongside this we bring a well-developed ethical attitude with a willingness to practice continuous self-reflection.   

We have been active in industry for many years and therefore know from our own experience the paradoxes that confront people in the workplace. This enables us to help you rekindle trust in yourself, empowering you to function and work once again.  A thorough understanding and a corresponding depth are more important to us in this process than quick fix solutions.    

Process accompaniment and development of potential are work areas in which we are heavily active.  Apart from that we are well known for carrying out presentation training with long term effectiveness.
