Individual Coaching
Each of us develops our own personality, individual values and unique behaviour patterns, which are organised in interaction with the respective environment. To reflect upon this personal pattern, and to perceive it, helps one to recognise one’s own contribution to existing problems. To become aware of this and to accept oneself the way one is, clears the way for new possibilities of action and meaningful decisions. The ultimate goal is to set out on the road to more autonomy with increasing composure, growing strength and a little humour.
Group Coaching
In group coaching we develop further together. The team can only fulfil the expectations of the organisation if everyone concentrates on completing their tasks and thus makes their contribution. To achieve this, one requires clarity about the individual roles, trusting relationships, and a coordinated handling of change within the team and in the organisation.
Organisational Development
When we support organisations, it almost always revolves around questions of structure or culture. Together with our clients, we develop a broad, medium- to long-term engagement in order to provide an answer to these questions. We recognise what works in the here and now and what inhibits change. We moderate, accompany processes and include the parties involved. We persistently and carefully stay engaged.
