Since the turn of the century, we have been accompanying people in organisations with the aim of discovering, together, as many new possibilities and options for action as possible. In many organisations, things get stuck or held up, because people, teams and departments do not succeed, or succeed too slowly, in adjusting to innovation or in agreeing to something which has been tried and tested.
Here we are able to ask completely new questions, because we look with interest, curiosity and a fresh eye at the customer’s habits and cultural norms, and we can still be amazed.
