Aims

It is the aims of the SUPERVISION to support you in optimising your

  • Effectiveness as well as your
  • Efficiency

with regard to action- and decision-making alternatives, as well as quality assurance in a complex and constantly changing environment.

You discuss your unsolved cases, your open conflicts, your plans and intentions in a protected and trusting context.

SUPERVISION offers a reflection framework, moderated by experts (super videre = observe from above or supervise it), in which the different topics in the group or in individual discussions with the supervisor can be viewed openly and objectively.

SUPERVISION also aims to

  • better understand difficult relationships or disturbed and deficient processes in organisations and in everyday professional life,
  • to discuss alternative courses of action,
  • to illuminate opportunities and risks from different perspectives with experienced colleagues, and then
  • to find solutions for which you take responsibility.

Bisherige Erfahrungen

The participants in our supervision meetings, after initial doubts, quickly make helpful, positive experiences:

  • One person’s problems have already been solved by another.
  • You are not alone with your doubts and fears, with the struggle for the best decision.
  • Everybody receives sincere feedback.
  • Trust, openness and sincerity grow with each meeting.
  • You can discuss things which are not addressable in your own organisation, because you don’t want to start the rumour mill.
  • Sharing lightens the load and gives strength.
  • You find solutions together.
  • You can reflect together.

Contents

As participant, you decide about the cases you contribute. You are the designer of your shared time yourself.

Here, the individual strengths and development areas of the managers stand centre stage, so that you can get to know your strengths and develop them, recognise your action possibilities, and decide and act for the benefit of the organisation.

At the same time, it is important to analyse failures and to learn something from them for the future.

Possible focus points could be:

  • Difficult personnel questions
  • Strategy questions
  • Open or hidden conflicts ( at the person, team and organisational level)
  • Transfer of knowledge about current market, organisation and management topics
  • Current topics such as digitalisation, agility, self-organisation and holocracy
  • Overload and excessive demands
  • Poorly understood or unexpected feedback from the work environment

Implementation

We make sure that the group composition is correct and constantly check that the following rules are adhered to:

  • No participants from competing organisations. If in doubt, we would rather check once more.
  • The group composition should be as diverse as possible (age, gender, tasks, sectors etc.)
  • The participation holds good for all agreed dates, the group composition remains stable.
  • Everything stays in the room. Confidentiality must be maintained.
  • Everybody is allowed to finish speaking and we listen.
  • We work with concentration and focus.
  • Changes only occur when everyone wants this.
  • If desired and where there is need, individual work is also possible.

The Coaches

We have been working together for many years and complement each other. Our clients commission us, amongst other things, to deal with questions about leadership, change, teamwork, culture and conflict. Apart from that, we support many clients in difficult situations within their role as coaches and consultants. It is our aim to bring movement back into deadlocked situations.

Vivien Marsch

As a sales and marketing manager for many years, I know the requirements that companies have. I am interested in the contradictions that managers have to live with. After so much time working with people, teams and companies, nothing is really strange to me anymore and, at the same time, time and again everything is new to me.

Tim Matsoukas

Since completing my studies in business administration and working as a management consultant and manager, I have been active in the field of tension between the worlds of organisations and people.  Against this background, I consider differences in thinking and acting a resource: for myself, for others and for organisations.
