How do conflicts arise in the team or the organisation?

In organisations there are often disagreements. The paths to the goal are controversial or the goal itself is controversial. Clarity within the roles is lacking, you talk about each other, not with each other, new ideas and suggestions are not taken up or are forced through against all opposition.

New strategies demand different ways of working or different goals. The challenges are contradictory, people are disorientated.

When is conflict resolution moderation necessary?

Professional conflict resolution moderation is always sensible, if the fulfilment of the task is suffering, the energy gets stuck in the dispute instead of in the necessary collaboration and, therefore, economic harm is incurred. And sometimes it can also become clear that you are permitted to disagree and wish to go your own way.

How can conflicts in the organisation be resolved?

This is why we conduct these workshops. By calling a spade a spade, we allow contradictions to be discussed and can describe risks and opportunities without fear, so that what really lies behind the conflict and what is actually at stake becomes clearer and more describable. We are not a part of the system. Therefore, we bring more objectivity and understanding to both sides and we are able to interpret. This makes it easier to relax and try out other ideas together, from a certain distance.

Our approach to conflict resolution moderation in organisations

With a trained eye, we observe very carefully and describe without judgement what we see and hear. We don’t think much of prefabricated norms, each unit decides for itself what is fitting, helpful and functional. Thus, pragmatic, practical solutions are created, which are accepted by all or else it is revealed that a clear, public decision is necessary. This, in turn, creates orientation, focus on the goal and, therefore, clarity.
